Since 2000, Cygnet Pericon has evolved alongside Indonesia's financial industry, growing from an enterprise technology consulting company into a trusted provider of regulatory reporting and data solutions for financial institutions.

Over the years, we have experienced market disruptions, changing technologies, industry consolidation, and evolving regulations. Each chapter has shaped the way we build technology today—placing regulatory knowledge, data integrity, and long-term adaptability at the center of everything we do.
2000 — Laying the Foundation
Cygnet Pericon was established as an enterprise technology consulting company, delivering ERP implementation projects across Indonesia and the region. Following a strategic merger in 2001, the company expanded its capabilities by combining enterprise application expertise with network and infrastructure solutions, creating the foundation for future growth.
2002 — A Shift Toward Business Intelligence
The slowdown of the global technology market in the early 2000s prompted a strategic shift. Under the leadership of Hendra Suhartanto, Cygnet Pericon invested in Business Intelligence, helping organizations turn operational data into meaningful business information. This also marked the company’s first step toward enterprise reporting and data management.
2002–2004 — Entering Regulatory Reporting
As regulatory requirements for financial institutions became increasingly complex, Cygnet Pericon expanded into regulatory reporting. Working with leading banks and international technology partners, the company developed expertise in Indonesian regulatory requirements, business rules, validation logic, and reporting processes.
2004–2008 — Growing with the Banking Industry
A strategic partnership with PT Sigma Cipta Caraka significantly expanded the reach of Cygnet Pericon’s regulatory reporting solutions. Adoption grew from a handful of financial institutions to dozens of banks, establishing the company as a recognized regulatory reporting specialist in Indonesia.
2008–2013 — Supporting an Evolving Regulatory Landscape
As Bank Indonesia and later OJK introduced new reporting requirements, Cygnet Pericon continued to expand its capabilities, supporting a growing number of domestic and international financial institutions across multiple regulatory reporting frameworks.
2013–Present — Building Independent Regulatory Intelligence
Rather than tying regulatory expertise to a single execution platform, Cygnet Pericon focused on preserving and continuously developing its regulatory knowledge. Business rules, validation logic, mapping knowledge, and Indonesian regulatory expertise remained independent of the underlying technology. This approach led to the development of the Cygnet Regulatory Reporting Solution (CRRS) on a new technology platform.
Today — Looking Ahead
Today, Cygnet Pericon continues to build on that foundation. With more than two decades of experience in regulatory reporting, the company is expanding its focus toward Regulatory Intelligence with CygnetONE—transforming regulatory knowledge into structured, reusable assets that help financial institutions adapt more quickly to change.
